Eating excessive fruit

I am a 5'10″ male trying to lose weight. I lift weights 3xweeks and do cardio 3xweek. I have cut out all soda, restaurants, and junk food, although I was never into junk food that much. I have been using MFP to track calories and eat around 1800 a day. I am usually well over the sugar for the day as I eat fruit for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I like bananas, grapes, apples, etc and eat them frequently. Is eating a large amount of fruit a bad thing to do when trying to lose weight?

Stagnant on a weight, not sure what to do?

I am attempting to lose a small amount of weight, Ive done really well using the simple calories in/out ideology – but for the past 3 weeks Ive been stuck on the same weight… anyone have some protips on how to get the scales moving down again? Less calories, harder work outs, something else?

"Pulled over" 3x for walking

I was pulled over by the cops on my AM walk, my second AM walk, AND on my PM walk. WTH! I walk right before my work day, so a cop happened to be patrolling in the area, and I walked a way I don't normally go. Apparently he was concerned because my pace seemed rushed, and I kept looking back — there's a water delivery service truck warehouse in the area, and those trucks don't exactly watch where or how fast they are going so I was nervous, especially since it was pre-dawn.

It’s Time. Time to stomp out my food addiction and get my life back.

I am sick of my body. I cannot love this prison I am trapped in. Screw this HAES mentality. Even though I have already lost 45 pounds in the last 7 months, I had an epiphany.

I’m tired of everyone calling me fat

I am 15 years old, and I have gained 33 lbs this year. My new year resolution is to lose this weight (btw im 154 lbs, 5ft). I know its not easy to lose this weight but I am a fighter. How are you keeping motivated through the holidays?

I've pretty much lost my motivation as of late. After not having any progress for a few months the cold weather and good food has kept me at home eating and not at the gym. I need to find a way to get motivated again as I've gained 4lbs since Thanksgiving. (ouch)

How to break through a weight loss plateau?

Male here, 5'10″. I lost about 17-19lbs in a month and a half to two months by jogging everyday, eating a healthy diet (a meal every 2-3 hours), and lifting weights. I went from 200-202 down to 182-183.

I stopped lifting because I felt that I always never had the energy while still running everyday and eating healthy. My weight loss plateaued since then. Knowing When to Quit

Well I think I have discussed this subject with several of you before, but I find myself again contemplating what my goal weight/bf%/measurements should be.
