I am a 5'10″ male trying to lose weight. I lift weights 3xweeks and do cardio 3xweek. I have cut out all soda, restaurants, and junk food, although I was never into junk food that much. I have been using MFP to track calories and eat around 1800 a day. I am usually well over the sugar for the day as I eat fruit for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I like bananas, grapes, apples, etc and eat them frequently. Is eating a large amount of fruit a bad thing to do when trying to lose weight?
